Mental Health

This year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem of some kind. And yet, many of us still feel like we’re alone in our struggles. Let’s change that now – we’re here for you.

If you're an IET member and you or a family member need support, get in touch to find out more.

Anxiety UK

Working with our partners Anxiety UK, we can provide you with a range of support if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or experiencing any other emotional difficulties. You or a family member can have access to:

  • Specialist therapy for adults and children which can be done over the telephone, face-to-face or via webcam
  • Membership to Anxiety UK, which will provide you with online support and specialised resources
  • The acclaimed Headspace app to help you find some calm in your everyday life

We can also fund counselling if you or a family member are going through a difficult time at the moment. Get in touch for more information.
