The IET Connect Individual Outplacement Programme is aimed at helping IET members who are having difficulty finding suitable employment.

This programme is free to IET members and provided by specialist career coaches.  It can assist individuals in developing a greater understanding of their skills and potential with one- to-one support to help with confidence building, identifying transferable skills, evaluating potential job options and developing CV and interview skills.  the programme also offers 6 months access to on-line support, resources and a jobs' bank.
