To be eligible to apply, a person should have been a member for at least two years, or be a dependant of a member.

Once you have contacted us, we will discuss your situation and needs with you and then, if appropriate, we will send you an application form.

The details you are asked to provide on the form will give us a clearer idea of your financial situation and enable us to assess the most appropriate and effective way we can help. The financial section enables us to check that you are receiving all of the statutory help to which you are entitled. We will also arrange a face-to-face meeting with you.
