Hussein Ershadi inspired a new generation of electrical engineers
as a university lecturer in Iran.

After Hussein left the political unrest of Iran for the UK to study for his PhD in microelectronic devices for sensing, he developed osteo-arthritis and heart problems. Struggling to meet bills and with his PhD on hold, he contacted IET Connect for advice. We were there to give help and information to Hussein and his family, until they were able to get back in control of their own lives.
