Helpline 0865 685 0685*
Overwhelmed by bills? Talk to us.
Our free budgeting and debt management helpline means you can speak to a financial advisor who can help you sort out any debt worries.

The advisors understand that picking up the phone to call is the hardest part, and will make the process as easy as possible for you.

They will need to find out a few basic details about you, your family situation and your finances. If you have an immediate and urgent problem, such as threatened eviction or bankruptcy, then they will help you to take action straight away.

They will answer any questions you may have about the effect that debt can have on your home, your credit rating and your job.

All information is treated in strict confidence. The advisors will usually try to arrange an appointment for you to complete a full information fact find with them over the phone. This is so that they can make the best recommendation for you as soon as possible. Appointments will be made to suit you and can be in the evenings or at weekends if required.

When the advisor calls you, it would be helpful if you can have ready any recent paperwork relating to your bills, mortgage and debts. They will then make a detailed assessment of your situation and call you back with recommendations on the best way forward.
