Speirs House Care Home Update 

    The Charity Commission has agreed in principle that IET Connect can sell Speirs House and negotiations are continuing  

     with a view to transferring Speirs House to a specialist ‘not-for-profit’ care provider in February.  The transfer is planned       to be seamless, with the new Charity offering the same level of care as is currently provided. As soon as details are    

     finalized we will publish a summary of the new arrangements on this page.
